30 Day Photo Challenge - Day 17 - Technology

A generation goes, and a generation comes,
but the earth remains forever.

The sun rises, and the sun goes down,
and hastens to the place where it rises.

 The wind blows to the south
and goes around to the north;
around and around goes the wind,
and on its circuits the wind returns.

 All streams run to the sea,
but the sea is not full;
to the place where the streams flow,
there they flow again.

 All things are full of weariness;
a man cannot utter it;
the eye is not satisfied with seeing,
nor the ear filled with hearing.

 What has been is what will be,
and what has been done is what will be done,
and there is nothing new under the sun.

 Is there a thing of which it is said,
“See, this is new”?
It has been already
in the ages before us.

 There is no remembrance of former things,
nor will there be any remembrance
of later things yet to be
among those who come after.

                           Ecclesiastes 1:4-11

  1. Oh my! I love it. The scripture especially. Ecclesiastes is my favorite book of the Bible next to Ruth. I used to have a lot of it memorized many moons ago! Your picture looks very 'techy'.

    1. OH good, I'm glad you like it! I wasn't sure how I felt about it - but it grew on me after a while. I think it would look neat blown up really big!! Ecclesiastes is not one of my favourites but I do like it - there is a lot of good stuff in there and some also confusing bits...at least for me! ;) I haven't read Ruth in a looong time...I think it just might be about time to do so again. Maybe I'll wait for the warm weather and read it on the front porch like you suggested! ♥

  2. What a creative and fascinating shot! Being very un-techy myself, I have no idea what this is from though...?
